Welcome at the website of Rottweilerkennel “Van de Olde Munt”, ownership of Robbert Bijl and Barbara de Groot. We live with our son and our dogs in Amersfoort.

In 1999 we got our first Rottweiler; Bubalou’s Giulia. In 2000 our second Rottweiler Beau-Junior van Lebarteau joined. We have got the name of our kennel “Van de Olde Munt” since 2002, it leads back to the name of the address we had; De Oude Munt.

Our passion is breeding and keeping friendly, healthy and social dogs. We have puppies about once a year, always in accordance with the rules of the Dutch Rottweiler Club. We set high demands for the male dogs we want to use for fertilizing our bitches. All our dogs have been tested for HD and have succeeded the MAG-test.

The puppies grow up at our house. We think it is very important that the puppies participate a lot in the house in the first 8 weeks of their lives. In that way the puppies will become accustomed to for instance sounds and people. We do our extreme best to help you get a nice and social puppy. We devote a lot of attention and care to the puppies. Even when you already have your puppy at home, you can always contact us if you have any questions or if you need advice about education, nurture, etc.
